Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape design principles.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Team player with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Leading a crew in various landscaping tasks, including planting, mulching, pruning, and maintaining
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all projects
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
- Provide training and guidance to crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition
