About The Position

As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will lead by example and direct your team on daily outdoor maintenance projects assigned by the manager. In this working supervisor role, your day-to-day work will include: Leading your team in mowing, mulching, and planting sod to keep client sites looking great. Operating and assisting with irrigation and spraying equipment safely as needed. Working side-by-side with your crew as a hands-on Landscaping Foreman / Supervisor to ensure high-quality work and a safe job site.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of hands-on landscaping experience.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively throughout your shift.
A reliable work ethic and a commitment to starting at 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
A valid NC driver's license with a good driving record.
