About The Position
Help us make the Carolinas beautiful, one property at a time, while building a team you're proud to lead. As our Landscape Crew Leader in Training, you will learn how to lead a crew from the front lines! You'll work as an expert Landscaper and Grounds Maintenance Worker, keeping our clients' properties looking sharp. Your daily routine will include operating weedeaters, lawnmowers, and edgers safely, spreading mulch and pruning bushes, planting new shrubs and flowers, and learning the leadership skills needed to run your own truck and crew!
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on landscaping experience
- A valid NC or SC driver's license (must have a clean driving record!)
- The ability to comfortably lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively throughout the day
- A great attitude and a desire to grow into a leadership role
Responsibilities
