About The Position
Walmart is hiring a Landscape Crew Driver/Technician to help oversee landscape projects and maintain store grounds year-round as part of a team. The work includes mowing, trimming, pruning, and other grounds maintenance to keep exterior areas clean and well maintained. The role covers parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas. Associates are expected to follow safety, security, and integrity protocols and comply with company policies and applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
- DOT physical required.
- Heavy equipment experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, around exterior buildings, and in surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Work with other associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
- Mow, trim, and prune grounds.
- Follow safety, security, and integrity protocols and comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
