About The Position
Walmart is hiring a Landscape Crew Driver/Technician to work with a team maintaining grounds and exterior areas year-round. The role includes landscaping and groundskeeping work such as mowing, trimming, and pruning, as well as helping oversee landscape projects. The position maintains parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to meet cleanliness standards and requires adherence to safety, security, integrity, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
- DOT physical required.
- Heavy equipment experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Work with other associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
- Perform mowing, trimming, and pruning.
- Help oversee landscape projects and maintain grounds year-round.
- Follow safety, security, and integrity protocols and comply with corporate policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
