About The Position

Alderwood Landscaping is a high-end design-build firm specializing in custom outdoor living spaces, not typical lawn maintenance. They build magazine-worthy projects such as waterfalls, stone fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and elaborate patios for high-end homeowners in the Pacific Northwest. This role involves operating heavy equipment, installing hardscapes and water features, and leading a crew under a Site Manager.

Requirements

• 3+ years of landscape construction experience.
• Heavy equipment skills (excavators, skid steers, etc.).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round.
• Leadership potential and a no-drama attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operating excavators and skid steers.
• Installing premium hardscapes, water features, retaining walls, and rockeries.
• Working directly under a Site Manager, leading and motivating the crew.
• Reading plans, setting grades, and maintaining professional job sites.
• Building custom outdoor living spaces.
