About The Position
Alderwood Landscaping specializes in custom, high-end residential landscape construction, focusing on outdoor living spaces, fire features, water features, and stone hardscapes. We do not perform lawn maintenance or commercial/tract work. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $24.00–$29.00+, with additional production incentives averaging $2.50–$3.00+ per hour. Benefits are also included.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to job sites required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor consistently.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Prior landscape construction experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with construction of patios, walkways, retaining walls, water features, fire pits, and other hardscape elements.
- Operate hand tools and light equipment, with training.
- Move and place landscape materials (stone, gravel, pavers, soil, etc.).
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Follow site safety procedures and crew leads' direction.
