About The Position

This role is for experienced landscape construction professionals who have demonstrated leadership potential and are ready to manage job sites from start to finish. The company is a fast-growing landscaping business on the North Shore, seeking foremen to lead crews, ensure quality, manage schedules and budgets, and maintain site safety. The position offers opportunities for growth within the company.

Requirements

• 4+ years landscape construction experience
• Proven crew leadership — you've run sites, not just worked on them
• Valid BC driver's licence + confident towing 10–14 ft trailers
• Strong across multiple trades: hardscape, concrete, carpentry, masonry, planting
• Can read plans and translate them into a day's work for your crew
• Reliable, organized, and calm when the day changes on you

Nice To Haves

• Small equipment tickets (skid steer, excavator)
• First Aid certification
• Red Seal or trade certification
• Experience with site scheduling or crew apps

Responsibilities

• Run job sites start to finish — layout, sequencing, quality, cleanup
• Lead a crew of 2–5 — direct the work, set the pace, hold the standard
• Be the customer's point of contact on site — answer questions, flag changes
• Keep jobs on schedule and on budget — materials, hours, waste
• Train the next generation — bring apprentices up to your level
• Own site safety — daily checks, hazard calls, everyone home safe
