Landscape Construction Foreman
About The Position
We are seeking experienced Crew Leaders for our growing landscape construction company. This role involves running job sites as a foreman, with responsibilities including hardscaping, landscape installation, paver laying, brick laying, and managing crews. The company specializes in building dream backyards, encompassing retaining walls, artificial grass, decks, fences, sod installation, paving stones, walkways, driveways, excavation, and planting. Employees will have the opportunity to work on and learn multiple trades such as concrete, landscaping, carpentry, masonry, planting, and artificial turf. Beyond Landscaping Ltd is a rapidly growing company on the North Shore, providing hardscaping, gardening & planting, and snow & ice management services. Requirements
- Experience with landscape construction: 2 years.
- Experience running a crew of 1-3 people.
- Ability to drive trailer, 10-14ft.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow directions.
- Reliability & time management skills.
- Efficiency & strong work ethic.
- Plans to stay long-term and grow with the company.
- Positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities
- Run job sites as a crew foreman.

- Perform landscape construction tasks including hardscaping, landscape installation, paver laying, and brick laying.
- Build retaining walls, install artificial grass, decks, fences, sod, paving stones, walkways, and driveways.
- Conduct excavation and planting.
- Work on and learn multiple trades such as concrete, landscaping, carpentry, masonry, planting, and artificial turf.
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard.
- Participate in team building events.
