Build Beautiful Ponds & Waterfalls - Not Just Another Job. At The Pond Digger, we build living water features: custom ponds, waterfalls, and aquatic ecosystems designed for koi, turtles, ducks, wildlife, and the people who enjoy them. Every project is different. Our team combines excavation, rock placement, irrigation, landscaping, and construction skills to create outdoor spaces that people stop and stare at. Requirements

• Clean driving record is a MUST
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 lbs
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in seasonal weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to our headquarters
• Ability to understand safety instructions and communicate effectively with the crew
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Has at least 2 years of experience in landscaping, construction, masonry, plumbing, irrigation, grading, or a similar hands-on trade
• Enjoys working outdoors and building with their hands
• Takes pride in quality craftsmanship
• Follows direction and stays focused
• Works well as part of a team
• Shows up on time and ready to work
• Wants to learn and grow with the company

Responsibilities

• Build custom ponds, waterfalls, and water features
• Place rock and complete landscape-construction work
• Install PVC irrigation components
• Assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation
• Perform hands-on outdoor construction work
• Service and repair of existing water features
• Work with the crew to create one-of-a-kind outdoor environments
