About The Position

Maxwell Landscape Construction is a growing outdoor construction company serving the Metro Atlanta area. We specialize in high-end residential landscape construction projects, including hardscapes, drainage systems, outdoor living spaces, retaining walls, and complete property transformations. We are looking for a dependable Driver / Crew Member who can safely transport crews, equipment, and materials while also contributing to job site production throughout the day.

Requirements

Valid Georgia Driver's License
Clean driving record
Experience towing trailers and operating trucks with trailers attached
Ability to safely maneuver large trucks and trailers in residential neighborhoods and busy Atlanta traffic
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from work
Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

Experience in landscape construction, grading, drainage, hardscapes, or general construction
Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or compact equipment
DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

Safely operate company trucks, including F-450-class vehicles and equipment trailers
Transport crews, equipment, and materials between the yard, suppliers, and job sites
Perform daily vehicle and trailer inspections
Secure equipment and materials properly for transport
Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials
Support landscape construction activities on job sites
Follow all company safety procedures and traffic regulations
Maintain a clean and professional appearance of company vehicles and equipment
Communicate effectively with Crew Leaders, Project Managers, and Operations staff
Represent Maxwell professionally when interacting with clients, vendors, and the public
