Responsibilities
- Own full branch P&L performance
- Lead strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, gross margin, & EBITDA targets
- Participate in the annual budgeting & monthly financial close processes
- Participate in equipment planning and purchasing decisions
- Participate in production scheduling and operational planning
- Oversee material ordering and operational priorities
- Identify service quality deficiencies and ensure corrective action
- Lead enhancement, maintenance, & snow sales
- Lead contract renewal efforts
- Maintain strong customer relationships and service delivery standards
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, & onboarding of team members
- Build, develop, and retain high-performing employees
- Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability
- Create growth opportunities for team members
