About The Position

The Landscape Architectural Sales Engineer is a technical, relationship-driven sales professional responsible for leading significant landscape architectural projects and managing architectural networks. The role drives specification-based sales proposals from design development through construction documents, bidding, and final award, with the primary objective of getting the company’s systems specified as Basis of Design and maintaining that specification through project award. Sales cycles typically run 12–24 months. The role works with landscape architects and architects during specification, internal Design Development, CAD, Project Management, Scheduling, Engineering, and Estimating teams, as well as general contractors, landscape subcontractors, and specialty installers. The position requires technical credibility in engineered landscape systems and the ability to coordinate project-specific solutions involving structural attachment, wind uplift, load performance, irrigation, drainage, and integrated features such as lighting, audio, seating, and guardrails. This is a remote, full-time, salaried exempt position with standard Monday-through-Friday business hours tailored to the assigned regional market and travel of up to 25%. Candidates are sought in major metropolitan areas, with a strong preference for Florida or Texas. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and a performance-based bonus tied to sales revenue targets. The job description does not specify a salary range.
