About The Position

NV5's Philadelphia office is seeking a Landscape Architect and Project Manager with 5-8 years of experience to join their growing landscape architecture team. Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience
• Project management experience through all project phases ranging from master planning and conceptual design through construction documentation and administration
• Some experience with construction administration
• Ability to provide solid technical expertise and advice
• Develop details
• Lead design efforts
• Perform redline reviews of design drawings at all stages of design
• Mentor younger staff
• Experience with technical specifications
• Providing input on construction budget estimates
• Fluent in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite programs, and Rhino
• Assist with document production
• Interest and willingness to assist the team in pursuing projects, responding to Requests for Proposals, and business development activities
