About The Position

At Bower & Branch, we are reimagining how homeowners connect with landscape design — moving beyond the traditional designer/client dynamic to build something more collaborative, accessible, and rooted in long-term success. We’re seeking motivated Landscape Architects and Landscape Designers who are excited to help shape this new model as part of a growing, entrepreneurial team. We are currently looking for designers with strong regional plant knowledge in any region of the United States, and a passion for helping customers make confident, informed decisions about their outdoor spaces. The relationships you build, the guidance you provide, and the care you bring to each project are a defining part of the Bower & Branch experience.
