About The Position
Supervises technical operators and other crew members at the site to maximize productivity while ensuring compliance with company and government regulations. Manages daily operations and crews on site. Monitors and reports site cost and productivity goals and performance. Coordinates with Division/Site manager and region EHS to ensure environmental compliance and employee safety. Monitors and reports landfill cycle time. Motivates and counsels site operators. Actively participates in improving operations and implementing best practices.
Requirements
- 4 years of relevant work experience required.
