Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with zoning, land use, permitting, planning, and environmental regulations.
- Proven ability to represent clients before planning commissions, zoning boards, and governmental agencies.
- Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in securing zoning approvals, land use entitlements, variances, conditional use permits, and subdivision approvals.
- Advise on federal, state, and local land use, planning, and environmental regulations affecting development projects.
- Prepare and present applications before planning commissions, zoning boards, and municipal governing bodies.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, architects, and government agencies to resolve permitting and regulatory issues.
