Construction Land Surveyor
About The Position
B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Land Surveyor to lead surveying operations and ensure site accuracy across our engineering project sites. We are looking for exceptional professionals with a background in construction surveying and a passion for precision to help us drive project success and company profit. We are looking for the best candidates for our team and are offering a competitive annual salary of $100,000–$170,000 (depending on experience). This position operates on a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, based out of Logan, UT. It also includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off!
Requirements
- Construction surveying experience
- Expertise in boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys
- Proficiency with modern survey equipment (GPS, Total Stations, Robotic instruments) and CAD software
- Strong understanding of civil engineering blueprints, site plans, and spatial data
- Excellent problem-solving skills and field-to-office communication
- Self-driven professional who pays attention to detail and can execute projects with minimal supervision
- Proactive, positive, and professional attitude
- Able to deliver accurate spatial data while maintaining high integrity
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
