Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of land surveying to include pre-construction and as-built land surveying, earthwork and volumetric calculations, field note reduction, balancing of level runs, completes boundary and sectionalized land breakdown.
- Performs interpreting, understanding and retracing land/legal descriptions and interpretation of descriptor calls; prepares Parcel Maps and Record of Surveys and other duties as assigned.
