About The Position
Growing engineering firm is looking for a talented Land Surveyor for their Bemidji office!
Requirements
- 5+ years of land surveying experience
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
- Strong knowledge of boundary law, construction surveying, and local land use regulations
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and Leica or Topcon workflows
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, projects, and client relationships
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to land survey team
- Meet tight deadlines while balancing multiple projects
- Assist with business/client development and completion of proposals
- Provide direct supervision, schedule staff and quality control
- Follow site safety regulations
