Requirements

Licensed Land Surveyor in Arizona
5+ years of progressively responsible land surveying and mapping experience, preferably in transportation
3+ years of project management experience
Proficiency with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with state and county mapping requirements

Responsibilities

Oversee survey projects from initiation through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget expectations are met.
Provide project management, technical oversight, and coordination across survey and mapping projects.
Prepare scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
Support proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
Maintain strong client relationships in the Southern Arizona market.
Apply expertise in land surveying and mapping to support survey staff, CAD drafters, and subconsultants.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, contributing to staff development, retention, and recruiting efforts.
Lead project meetings, manage correspondence, and ensure alignment between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
