About The Position

As our Land Survey Project Manager for our Survey & Geospatial team in Tucson, you'll step into a leadership role, guiding project delivery, supporting a growing team, and helping expand our surveying and mapping services across infrastructure projects in Southern Arizona.

Requirements

• Licensed Land Surveyor in Arizona
• 5+ years of progressively responsible land surveying and mapping experience, preferably in transportation
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with state and county mapping requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, technical oversight, and coordination across survey and mapping projects.
• Prepare scopes of work, budgets, and schedules; support proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs; and help maintain strong client relationships in the Southern Arizona market.
• Apply your expertise in land surveying and mapping to support survey staff, CAD drafters, and subconsultants across a range of project types.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, contributing to staff development, retention, and recruiting efforts.
• Lead project meetings, manage correspondence, and ensure alignment between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
