RES is looking for a Land Representative II to join our team. As a Land Representative II at RES, you will lead and execute land acquisition and property evaluation activities that support ecological restoration, water quality, and conservation projects. You’ll independently manage landowner relationships, conduct deeper feasibility and valuation work, negotiate more complex transactions, and drive contracts and due diligence activities through closing—partnering closely with internal teams across Project Management, Legal, Operations, and Sales. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in land acquisition or real estate sales, enjoys negotiating and solving deal roadblocks, and is ready to own transactions from early evaluation through closing. Your work directly enables restoration at scale. Every property you help secure supports projects that restore wetlands, improve water quality, and protect habitat. You’ll own end-to-end transactions. From feasibility and valuation through negotiation, contracting, and closing—this role is designed for increased autonomy and responsibility. You’ll solve real problems. Title issues, access constraints, and contracting roadblocks are part of the work—and you’ll be empowered to resolve them.
