About The Position

Supports the Land Lease Manager in all duties related to land lease/real estate issues. This role involves assisting with site identification, revenue analysis, permit procurement, and securing variances. It also provides administrative support, including completing forms, correspondence, presentations, and reports, as well as assisting in research and analysis. The associate will contact lessors via various methods, assist with lessor requests and discrepancies, and manage land lease data on the website and server, maintaining all related records. Additionally, the role involves preparing check requests and notifying the accounting department of changes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is required plus two years of related experience; including high-level administrative duties and account management/reporting.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skill of Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skill of Internet browsers.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skill of Outlook.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to manage heavy inbox workload efficiently.
