This position will be focused on learning parts of the homebuilding process. Will be working as part of a team and learning from professionals in the industry. A career with purpose. Requirements

• Must be currently attending a college or university preferably in a construction management program
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Committed to self-development
• Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily schedule is required
• Accept constructive feedback
• Team player

Responsibilities

• Work with experienced associates to learn aspects of homebuilding.
• Learn what it takes to plan and design a residential community.
• Learn to work as part of a team.
• Gain exposure to a large corporate culture.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
