About The Position

Support the entitlement and predevelopment process across active Central Florida projects. You'll learn to take raw land from concept through local government approvals — a highly valuable, hard-to-find skill set. Mentorship is built in. We expect curiosity and drive, not a finished resume.

Requirements

  • Degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related field — or equivalent experience
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

Nice To Haves

  • GIS familiarity (ArcGIS, Google Earth Pro)
  • Florida land development or local government exposure

Responsibilities

  • Research zoning codes and land use regulations
  • Assist with rezoning and site plan applications
  • Track permit status across multiple projects
  • Attend pre-application meetings and public hearings
  • Coordinate with engineers and attorneys
  • Support feasibility and acquisition research
