About The Position

Benesch is hiring a Civil Site/Land Development Designer to plan and design civil site and land development projects and contribute to strategic initiatives that support the growth of the civil site/land development group. The role involves producing work for a broad range of projects and clients, including municipal, public, and private clients. The position is primarily office-based in the Glastonbury, Connecticut office, with occasional availability to work from home.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Desire to work hard and grow professionally.

Nice To Haves

• EIT certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce multiple concurrent civil site/land development projects for municipal, public, and private clients.
• Ensure the development of high-quality engineering documents.
• Follow internal procedures for quality control, documentation, and project tracking.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive the growth of the civil site/land development group.
