Land Acquisition Manager (LAM) - Inside Sales / Phone Sales
About The Position
GoldSoil Realty Investments is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager (LAM) for their Inside Sales / Phone Sales team. This is a full-time, W-2 employment position with a probationary period for the first three months. The role is based onsite in their Round Rock, TX office, with a schedule of Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturday availability as needed. GoldSoil is a land wholesale and investment company operating across various regions in the US, specializing in buying and selling land to help landowners convert illiquid assets into cash and assist buyers in land ownership. Since 2017, the company has completed over 500 land acquisitions and is expanding its operations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of phone sales experience with a track record of closing (inside sales, cold calling, door-to-door, or similar)
- Comfortable working in a CRM (Salesforce, JustCall, and DocuSign)
- Highly coachable — you welcome having your calls recorded and reviewed, and you actively use feedback to improve
- A warm, patient, genuinely conversational phone presence — not pushy or “salesy”
- Able to work full-time onsite in Round Rock, TX, with occasional Saturday availability

Responsibilities
- Own every assigned lead from first contact through closing
- Take warm call transfers and set appointments with landowners to qualify and close deals
- Provide detailed weekly updates on all leads with a workable contract
- Keep Salesforce accurate and current for reliable deal tracking
- Attend all coaching calls (1-on-1 and group) and actively apply feedback
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly call, pipeline, and closed-deal targets
