About The Position
We are seeking a dependable Laminator Operator to operate and monitor industrial laminating equipment in a printing and manufacturing environment. The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a focus on maintaining quality and production standards.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read work orders and follow production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience operating laminating, printing, or converting equipment.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor industrial laminating equipment.
- Adjust machine settings for speed, temperature, pressure, and alignment.
- Load materials and perform machine changeovers as needed.
- Inspect finished products for bubbles, wrinkles, defects, and proper adhesion.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Follow production orders and meet quality and productivity goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
