About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Flexo Finisher to operate and set up finishing equipment in a printing production environment. The role involves cutting, slitting, rewinding, and inspecting printed materials to ensure quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Previous experience in printing, flexographic finishing, bindery, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read work orders and follow production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing equipment, including slitters, rewinders, sheeters, and cutting machines.
• Set up machines and adjust settings to meet job specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Load materials, monitor production, and minimize waste.
• Complete production paperwork and prepare finished products for packaging or shipment.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
