About The Position

The Lamination Supervisor will manage all lamination operations. This role involves supervising hourly associates, managing and improving Environmental, Health and Safety, ensuring daily production schedules are met, controlling MRO spending, auditing associates to ensure standard work is met and sustained, managing the layout for efficient use of machinery and equipment, and studying processes to analyze and improve the cost of production. The position also requires performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Knowledge of lamination processes and technique
• Ability to effectively communicate with employees and peers
• Computer literate (excel, word processing)
• Strong organizational skills in record keeping, scheduling and document preparation.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and report data accurately.
• Read and understand instructions
