About The Position
The Lamination Supervisor will manage all lamination operations. This role involves managing and supervising lamination hourly associates, ensuring daily production schedules are met, and controlling MRO spending. The supervisor will also audit associates to ensure standard work is met and sustained, manage the layout for efficient use of machinery and equipment, and study processes to analyze and improve the cost of production. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and previous supervisory experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Knowledge of lamination processes and technique
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees and peers
- Computer literate (excel, word processing)
- Strong organizational skills in record keeping, scheduling and document preparation.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and report data accurately.
- Read and understand instructions
