Laminating Specialist - Phoenix, AZ
About The Position
Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. The Panel Division is responsible for fabrication of laminated panels. In addition, general warehouse duties of receiving, unloading and storing material delivered to the branch is also a function of the position.
Requirements
- Experienced warehouse & general labor person
- Fast paced environment for someone who is quick but safety conscientious
- Able to successfully pass a Valid OSHA approved forklift certification
- Proficient and able to work safely with hand and power tools
- Mechanically inclined individual able to operate a variety of equipment
- Good oral communication
- Candidate required to pass drug test
- High Diploma or GED equivalent
Responsibilities
- Maintain warehouse in a clean, orderly and safe manner
- Assist in taking inventory as required on a regular basis
- Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
- Receiving, unloading and storing material delivered to the branch
