About The Position

Executes tasks related to general upkeep and maintenance of a single Sender One facility at the direction of the Facilities Supervisor. Maintains all current policies and procedures concerned with customer facing cleanliness and sanitation, including but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Takes initiative to help the team progress to our shared purpose - discover ourselves and connect with others through climbing. Exemplifies Sender One's core values. Helps fellow coworkers, keeps each other accountable, and communicates efficiently.

• Highly organized and comfortable recording and tracking information and data
• Must be fully available to work at 11 - 16 hours per work week
• Must be able to work mornings
• Check-in with Facility Supervisor once per week
• Possibility for facility emergencies that will need immediate attention
• Must be able to attend the Mandatory All Staff Quarterly meetings

• Knowledge of the climbing gym industry
