Lake Terrace Pool Attendant
About The Position

As a member of the Lake Terrace Pool team, you will warmly greet all pool guests and escort them from entrance area to their seat selection or reserved cabanas, provide a tour and/or any assistance as needed. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
- Flexibility in schedule as it will change often.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times and employee may be exposed to fumes, toxic, or caustic chemicals.

Responsibilities
- Helping seat guests and greet them at the Front Desk/Entrance Area
- Make sure all children under 16 have parental supervision
- Maintain fresh towels, amenities, and supplies in locker room areas
- Assist guests with rental of Paddleboats and Electric Boats
- Assist guests on and off boats at the dock
- Assist in the enforcement of pool rules ie: “Walk Please”
- Assist in the enforcement of the slide rules
- Providing surveillance of pool, slides, and lake
- Cleaning of pool area, i.e.: pool, furniture, deck, cafe, slides, boats, cabanas, and restrooms.
- Do daily safety inspections of all equipment, to ensure our guest’s safe visit.
- Test water chemicals and document every two hours or as needed
- Provide friendly, helpful assistance to all guests
- Understand all emergency procedures
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Enter all cash tips to the front desk at the end of shift
- Maintain courteous, professional and polite attitude with all other service and kitchen staff
- Maintain knowledge of Broadmoor history, grounds, services and locations
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
