About The Position
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide guests with information, assistance related to player services and Lake of the Torches Resort Casino events and activities in support of guest first initiatives.
Requirements
- A high school education or equivalent is required.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and customer service skills.
- Must be familiar with PC’s and related software.
- Must be able to manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with diplomacy and tact.
- Must maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations as necessary.
- Must attend all mandatory meetings; participate in departmental training and development sessions.
- Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and be insurable under the Tribal automobile insurance policy.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of six months in a customer service environment with cash handling experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responds to guest requests, provides information and assists guests in a timely manner.
- Is responsible for acknowledging tour groups upon arrival and departure. Also maintains appropriate tour group information.
- Accurately inputs new player club guest information and explains the benefits of being a Lake Club member.
- Generates new or replacement Lake Club member cards.
- Displays Lake Club and other Lake of the Torches Resort Casino brochures for guest information purposes.
- Notifies guests of promotions, future events and other Lake of the Torches activities.
- Enters accurate information into the sales database and generates entertainment tickets and gift certificates.
- Issues and prepares coupons, manages inventories and completes log sheets on each shift as required.
- Notifies supervisor, assistant manager, manager, security, or facility administrator of situations that may affect guests, associates or the Lake of the Torches Resort Casino.
- Is responsible for responding to switchboard and incoming calls to the Lake of the Torches Resort Casino.
- Is responsible for Winning Spirit Cove Register and/or Super Spots Register on an as scheduled basis.
- Assists valet as needed or scheduled.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
