About The Position

Moravian Academy is searching for a Head Varsity Boys' Lacrosse Coach who leads with both intensity and purpose. This is an opportunity to shape a program for student-athletes in grades 6 through 12 who are hungry to be challenged, developed, and pushed toward their best. The coach will own every dimension of the program: practice design, game-day strategy, scouting reports, athlete evaluations, and the culture that holds it all together. The coach will collaborate closely with our Director of Athletics, mentor assistant coaches, and serve as the face of lacrosse to students, parents, faculty, and the broader Moravian Academy community. At Moravian Academy, athletics are an extension of our mission: to develop young people who lead with character, compete with integrity, and pursue excellence in everything they do. The right coach for this role has lived those values on the field and models them every day.
