This position reports to: Production Supervisor __ Job Description: Motor Lacing & Assembly Support: Lace motors using machines and hand techniques; assist with related tasks such as connecting and sleeving to support production needs.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education
- Must pass a background and drug screen
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment
- Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions
Nice To Haves
- Motor manufacturing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lace motors using machines and hand techniques
- Assist with related tasks such as connecting and sleeving to support production needs
- Read and comprehend diagrams, instructions, and manufacturing documents via Shop Floor Display
- Understand flex flow and day/rank systems
- Produce defect-free products that meet specifications and goals
- Communicate with team members and supervisors
- Manage materials and tools effectively
- Prioritize safety
- Maintain housekeeping
- Work overtime as needed
- Cross-train within the team to support various departmental functions
