About The Position

We are accepting applications for this position through 8/31 @ 9am. Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Simplex is required. All contract professional positions are full time, in person positions. You must be located in Southern California. No relocation funds and no per diem will be offered. Location: PMO, Monterey Park, CA. Number of positions: 1. Type: Direct Hire. Salary Range: $180K - $201K.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of recent capital construction scheduling experience.
• BS/BA Degree in Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management. An additional 4 years qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education.
• Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Simplex is required.
• Must be located in Southern California.

Nice To Haves

• AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Responsibilities

• Advanced proficiency in specified software including, but not limited to, Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
• Strong understanding of cost engineering, scheduling best practices, and schedule forensics.
• Good Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to foster collaboration across diverse project teams.
