About The Position

We are accepting applications for this position through 10/16 @ 9am. Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Simplex is required. All contract professional positions are full time, in person positions. You must be located in Southern California. No relocation funds and no per diem will be offered. This role is located at Los Angeles Pierce College and/or Los Angeles Harbor College.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or other related field. Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education.
• Advanced proficiency in specified software including, but not limited to, Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of theories, principles and practices of cost engineering and scheduling.
• Experience with time impact analysis.
• Experience with construction claims and change orders.
• Flexibility in schedule and transportation to work at multiple sites based on assigned schedule and duties.
• Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Simplex.
• Must be located in Southern California.
