About The Position
We are currently looking for a Labourer to join our team in Amos. Reporting to the Site Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in the daily operations of the yard. The incumbent will be responsible for sorting, handling, and preparing various types of metals while helping maintain a safe work environment and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and in a dusty environment
- Physically fit and enjoy manual work
- Work safely and follow health and safety procedures
- Responsible, resourceful, and enjoy working as part of a team
- Punctual and dependable

- Knowledge of different types of metals
Responsibilities
- Sort different types of metals
- Prepare materials according to quality standards (e.g., cutting aluminum)
- Operate equipment such as a forklift, as needed
- Load and unload materials
- Provide excellent customer service
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Perform any other related duties to support site operations
