About The Position

Park Paving is a locally owned and operated company with over 50 years of experience as a leading road construction contractor in Edmonton. We are currently looking for a dependable and driven individual to join our team as a Landscaping Labourer. This role involves various landscaping duties, including planting, pruning, mowing, and general upkeep of outdoor areas. This is a full-time, seasonal position offering competitive compensation.

Requirements

Prior experience in landscaping or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
Knowledge of common landscaping techniques and practices
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must pass a medical/fitness exam

Nice To Haves

Experience operating landscaping equipment is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Assisting with the installation of landscaping materials, such as sod, trees, and shrubs
Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as mowing, watering, and weeding
Pruning and trimming trees and shrubs to maintain their appearance and health
Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and power tools
Ensuring that outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained
