About The Position
Basalite Concrete Products-Vancouver, ULC is seeking Production personnel for entry-level activities in their manufacturing processes. This position is considered full-time seasonal and requires supporting the company's Core Values: Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation, and Financial Success. Other related duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Previous experience working in an industrial setting.
- Healthy, fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Regular attendance is required.
Responsibilities
- Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
- Production / assembly line work
- General laboring and housekeeping
- Hand stacking and piling products
- Machinery operation
- Inspection for quality and conformance
- Regular attendance is required.
