Requirements
- Flagperson certification or experience
- Strong work ethic and construction experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a multi-family residential construction environment
- A valid First Aid certification
- Ability to operate equipment (such as a skid steer or telehandler ticket)
- A valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of general construction related tasks as assigned, involving physical exertion including lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and moving materials.
- Be willing to take direction.
- Help equipment operators and other skilled labor as needed.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
