We are seeking a Labour Market Research & Community Engagement Analyst to join our team, working collaboratively to enhance the quality and impact of labour market research, community engagement initiatives, and evidence-based workforce development strategies that serve our clients and community partners. Under the direction of the HR Manager, the Labour Market Research & Community Engagement Analyst provides culturally informed labour market research and engagement services to community members, local employers, workforce development organizations, and educational institutions. This role involves designing and implementing census-style surveys, collecting and analyzing labour market data, and translating findings into actionable insights that inform workforce planning and community programs. The Analyst will also engage in community relations activities to support stakeholders in understanding labour market trends, addressing employment gaps, and fostering inclusive economic development.
