The Labour and Employee Relations Coordinator plays an important role in supporting labour and employee relations activities across NASI. This position provides day-to-day coordination and support for collective bargaining and pre-job conference activities, grievance and complaint investigations, and conflict resolution, while working closely with line leadership on performance management, staffing, and onboarding matters. The role also supports reporting and analysis related to labour costing, market rates, and workforce metrics. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills, sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters, and the ability to build effective working relationships with employees, leadership, and union representatives.
