Requirements

- Must be able to perform essential job functions
Responsibilities
- Maintain indoor and outdoor areas by cleaning facilities, pavilions, and recreational spaces
- Carry out landscaping tasks such as mowing, seeding, planting, pruning, and clearing debris or snow
- Perform minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting work as directed
- Use hand and power tools to support building and equipment maintenance activities
- Support the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Drive vehicles to move personnel, tools, and materials as needed
