About The Position
This role involves picking up supplies and parts from vendors, performing all repairs, maintenance, and part replacements. The position requires continually assessing the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure equipment longevity. The Laborer must be familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment and possess the ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
Requirements
- Display good judgment and ability to make decisions.
- Effective in completing work timely, accurately and efficiently.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC fields is a plus.
