About The Position

The Luxury Sales Manager is an entry to mid level Sales position and provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Luxury Sales team through account management, reporting, client communications, and project coordination. This role is responsible for maintaining CRM data integrity, processing luxury inquiries and direct bookings, preparing sales materials and reports, coordinating VIP guest experiences, managing events and site inspections, and serving as a liaison between Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, Operations, and Marketing. The Luxury Sales Manager ensures the seamless execution of sales initiatives, partner programs, and guest experiences while supporting the department's overall revenue and business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while serving as a key liaison between the Guest, Client, Luxury Sales, Reservations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Hotel Operations. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental, property, and corporate policies, practices, and procedures. This is an in person/in office position.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent hospitality experience.
  • 3+ years of hospitality, luxury travel, sales support, or administrative experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
  • Experience working in the following sectors/areas: Personal Assistant, Guest Service, Guest Relations, Lifestyle and/or Account Management, Luxury Travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM and hotel sales platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Luxury Sales team.
  • Maintain accurate account records, contacts, and production data within CRM systems.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and partner communications.
  • Organize calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Maintain department files, reports, and sales documentation.
  • Luxury call intake, converting inquiries, processing direct bookings.
  • Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly production reports.
  • Track account performance, booking trends, and market share data.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and business reviews.
  • Monitor luxury partner production and identify reporting discrepancies.
  • Coordinate VIP arrivals, amenities, and special guest requests.
  • Communicate guest preferences to operational departments.
  • Track and follow up on VIP issues, resolutions, and service recoveries.
  • Assist with itinerary planning and pre-arrival communications for key guests.
  • Coordinate client events, webinars, site inspections, and familiarization trips.
  • Manage event logistics, invitations, attendee tracking, and follow-up communications.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action plans.
  • Support trade show and sales mission planning.
  • Act as a liaison between Luxury Sales, Reservations, Revenue Management, Hotel Operations, and Marketing.
  • Coordinate VIP arrivals, amenities, and special guest requests.
  • Communicate guest preferences to operational departments.
  • Track and follow up on VIP issues, resolutions, and service recoveries.
  • Assist with itinerary planning and pre-arrival communications for key guests.
  • Assist with internal project tracking
