Requirements
- Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)
- Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
- Desire to thrive in agriculture and seek a key role in the industry.
- Embody commitment to success and reflect company culture.
- Have or be willing to develop basic technical skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the general operation of the location by providing support to all areas of the business, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply.
- Perform all responsibilities in accordance with company policy.
- Cross-train in Agri-Service areas, fostering new skills for additional support.
